The Society for the Advancement of Recreational Statistics is a group devoted to interactive fiction in the context of game constraints: a gaming group. We are oriented toward the so called "tabletop" format and meet in Central Pennsylvania. We do not play any particular system and several of our members are game design enthusiasts, so some of our runs use obscure or custom mechanics.
The group is a semi-closed group at this time until we settle into a groove. It's a new group, and we're still working stuff out.
